Attorney Fredler Breneville graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. He also graduated from Boston University Law School, Massachusetts with a Masters in Laws (LL.M.) degree in Banking and Financial Law. He also studied law in Canada and graduated from Moncton University Law School in New Brunswick, with a Diploma in Common Law Studies (D.C.L.S.). He graduated from the State University of Haiti, School of Law and Economics, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, with a Bachelor in Law (LL.B.) (Licence en Droit). He also graduated from the State University of Haiti, Institute National Administration and Higher International Studies, (INAGHEI) in Port-au-Prince, with a Bachelor in Science (B.S) (Licence en Gestion) concentration in Management.
Attorney Breneville is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, the Federal Bar, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA), the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association (MBLA), the Haitian American Bar Association, and the Port-au-Prince Haiti Bar Association.
Attorney Breneville has represented several clients in diverse courts and administrative agencies throughout Massachusetts. He has delivered substantial victories and results for his clients as he is determined to fight for them. Before launching his law firm, Attorney Breneville acquired extensive knowledge and experience in Administrative Law, Immigration, and Personal Injury from public service, legal employment, and pro bono work. He was also a lawyer in Haiti, where he co-founded Themis Law Office and represented human rights and international organizations. Attorney Breneville is very involved in his community where he provides basic law education through seminars, radio and television shows. He has proficiency in Spanish and speaks and writes French and Haitian Creole fluently.
