Fredler Breneville, esq.

Prior to launch Breneville Law Offices, LLC, and Breneville Enterprises, Fredler Breneville, acquired extensive knowledge and background in Administrative Law because for nearly a decade he was a Hearing Officer with the Boston Housing Authority and a Review Examiner with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance. Attorney Breneville also acquired hands-on knowledge in Immigration Law as he was a legal intern with Catholic Charities where he worked on Deportation, Asylum cases as well as on Green Card processes and procedures. Attorney Breneville gained invaluable experience in Insurance Law, Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation Law for having clerked for Brown & Mena Law offices/Liberty Mutual Insurance. Attorney Breneville was trained at handling criminal cases since he was a legal intern with the Suffolk Voluntary Clinic at Suffolk Law School. He also volunteered at Kerby Roberson Law Office, a boutique law firm in the greater Boston area.

Prior to immigrate to the United States, he was a lawyer in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He co-founded Thémis Cabinet d’Avocats (Thémis Lawyers Office), which was a beacon for Human Rights defenses as the law firm represented many clients of human rights violations. The firm also represented international and Labor unions organizations such as the Mission for Peace of the United Nations (MICIVIH). Attorney Breneville, fearlessly and vigorously defended many victims of human rights abuses from the military and para military regimes during the period of 1991 to 1995. Attorney Breneville was also one of the first Law Instructors of the newly reformed Haitian Police Academy during the years of 1994 to 1995.

Attorney Fredler Breneville graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. He also graduated from Boston University Law School, Massachusetts with a Masters in Laws (LL.M.) degree in Banking and Financial Law. He also studied law in Canada and graduated from Moncton University Law School in New-Brunswick, with a Diploma in Common Law Studies (D.C.L.S.).  He graduated from the State University of Haiti, School of Law and Economics, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, with a Bachelor in law (LL.B.) (Licence en Droit). He also graduated from the State University of Haiti, Institute National Administration and Higher International Studies, (INAGHEI) in Port-au-Prince, with a Bachelor in Science (B.S) (Licence en Gestion) concentration in Management.

Attorney Breneville is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, Federal Bar, the Port-au-Prince Haiti Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Haitian American Bar Association, Inc.

 

Attorney Breneville is very active and involved in many community organizations. He is committed to provide basic law education to his community by hosting seminars, conferences, radio and television shows. He has proficiency in Spanish, speaks and writes French and Haitian Creole fluently.
